### Time Format

All `time` parameters use **UTC** and accept the following formats:

| Format          | Example                     | Interpreted As           |
| --------------- | --------------------------- | ------------------------ |
| Date only       | `2025-10-29`                | UTC 00:00:00 on that day |
| Local datetime  | `2025-10-29T12:00:00`       | UTC 12:00:00             |
| UTC datetime    | `2025-10-29T12:00:00Z`      | UTC 12:00:00             |
| Offset datetime | `2025-10-29T20:00:00-07:00` | Converted to UTC         |
